1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Provlepcy (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Provlepcy is a platform for users to make predictions about football match outcomes, compete in leagues and track statistics. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Important Disclaimer - Not Gambling or Sports Betting

Provlepcy is a fantasy prediction game and is NOT a gambling website, sports betting platform, or odds-based wagering service.

This Service allows users to make predictions about football match outcomes for entertainment purposes only. Users compete in leagues and earn points based on prediction accuracy. No real money is wagered on individual predictions, and no odds or betting lines are offered.

  • This is a fantasy game, similar to fantasy sports leagues
  • No wagers or bets are placed on match outcomes
  • No gambling odds or betting lines are provided
  • Payments are for season access/subscriptions only, not prediction wagers
  • Users do not win or lose money based on individual predictions
  • Points earned are for competitive ranking purposes only

4. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You must be of legal age to form binding contracts in your jurisdiction (typically 18+)
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Creating an account with accurate information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Contain false or misleading information
  • Violate our terms or policies
  • Are used in violation of applicable laws
  • Remain inactive for 24 months

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are purchased per season and grant access to Cyprus league participation
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 48 hours
  • Your subscription is valid through the end of the current season
  • You must renew your subscription to participate in the next season

6.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide
  • We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card information
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

6.3 Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge, notify us within 30 days. We will investigate and respond within 15 business days.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff members
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use automated tools or scripts to scrape, hack, or gain unauthorized access
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate competitions
  • Share account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Engage in any form of fraud or deception
  • Manipulate predictions or scores in any way (including collusion with other users)

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, and displays), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your predictions and user-generated content. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for errors in calculations, predictions, or points awarded
  • We are not liable for the actions, content, or data of third parties

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Football Prediction System and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms of Service
  • Your account is used for illegal activities
  • We determine there is fraud or abuse
  • We cease operating the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you are immediately revoked.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

12. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction (or Cyprus where applicable), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Informal Resolution: First, we will attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, either party may request mediation
  3. Arbitration or Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted by law

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be severed, but the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Provlepcy regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
